Jaya Grocer Flagship Store

Our primary goal was to elevate the customer experience in grocery shopping. In an age dominated by online shopping, we wanted to draw people out of their homes and make grocery shopping memorable, exciting, and fun again. Together with Jaya Grocer and tech giant Grab Malaysia, we implemented an omni channel strategy to provide a seamless experience across mobile, online, and in-store platforms.

One of the standout design features of this store is the vintage truck we discovered by the roadside in Cameron Highlands. After restoring it, we transformed it into a unique and eye- catching display for fresh fruits and vegetables, located prominently at the store’s main entrance. This vintage center piece evokes a sense of nostalgia and charm, turning the shopping experience into a delightful outing.
